Dragon*con blues

This year i'm having a bit of a crisis with the Dragon*con photos. I feel like they are just same same same. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions about how I can liven it up next year. I feel like if I stay this way I'll slowly lose interest in doing it and I don't really want that to happen. So I'm looking for suggestions on how to reinvent the whole thing.

By Sunday evening I was just wandering around and having a hard time knowing what to shoot. Once you've photographed a Stormtrooper, you don't need to photograph any more Stormtroopers. Same with Neos, Captain Jacks, Hulks, Darth Vaders, etc.

Take photos of people who look like they don't belong at a fan convention at all; i.e. business suits, significant others who are annoyed at having to tag along, etc.

There actually was a humorous bit of that this weekend too with the Clemson/Alabama game. I will put that on the list for next year.

try to take pictures of people who aren't posing for a photo. Just the interaction of Con-goers. Maybe a trooper kneeling down to help his kid, or a Starfleet officer having a smoke with a Romulan.
