Comcast Adventure Continues

June 30th, 12:28. Called Comcast for a status update. Technician felt as though problem should have been resolved. Suggested restarting TiVo. Restarted TiVo. Problem not resolved. Comcast is rolling a Technician to my location on Friday July 3rd. Promises to credit me for 3 days of interrupted cable service.
